On the right is the view from outside . The building is a modern "low rise" brick building with floor to ceiling windows and doors. On the very right through the trees you can see the Handcock Building.

On the left is the main entrance to the South Commons apartment complex on Michigan Avenue directly across the street from the IIT international college campus. this is the first building and is the closest one to the street. The star marks your apartment on the 4th floor.
This apartment is a privately owned condo and there are very few rentals in this complex. It is almost exclusively occupied by owners who take pride in their home.
On the right is the electronic resident directory to ring your apartment. You can see on your tv set who is in the foyer and buzz them in.
Below is inside the building foyer where your guests can be seated and wait for you or you can have them come right to your apartment just steps away. The common areas are very well maintained by Sudler. Every day the floors are polished and everything is cleaned by the staff.
On the left is the cute kitchen counter and "pass through" with lots of cabinets, stove, fridge complete with bar stools for your guests or for your office space

Pictured above is the beautiful brand new faux wood kitchen floor and on the right is is the bathroom sink and modern mirrored medicine cabinet with movie star lights and below is the walk in closet with hanging cloths bars on the left and the right.
If you are entertaining guests in the living area and you have total privacy if you want to take a bath and dress to go out by simply closing the dressing room door.
Below is the swimming pool on the left and on the right is the building laundry room with many different size washers and driers.

Below is another view of the mail living area. The living area is a little larger than the other studios in the building. In case you are not familiar with a studio apartment, a studio doesn’t have any bedrooms, instead it is like a artist “studio” or an open living area like a small loft measuring 13’ x 23’ or about 300 square feet. The entire apartment is about 500 square feet.
