The building is a modern "low rise" brick building with floor to ceiling windows and doors. On the very right through the trees you can see the Handcock Building.

On the right is the electronic resident directory to ring your apartment. You can see on your tv set who is in the foyer and buzz them in.
Below is inside the building foyer where your guests can be seated and wait for you or you can have them come right to your apartment just steps away. The common areas are very well maintained by Sudler. Every day the floors are polished and everything is cleaned by the staff.
On the right is the short walk to your apartment in the hallway which is the first door on the right just up a few stairs.
Below are the private locking mailboxes in the building foyer and the pool area is through the 2nd set of doors just steps from your apartment.

Another view of your patio in the springtime and it is peaceful and quiet enough in the complex to enjoy reading a book at sunset. Almost all of the units in the South Commons Condo Complex are owner occupied and rental units are rare.
