On the right is the view from outside . The building is a modern "low rise" brick building with floor to ceiling windows and doors. On the very right through the trees you can see the Handcock Building.

This apartment is a deluxe studio. The next door "Prarie Shores" complex studios offer only 500 square feet for quite a bit more rent.

On the ground floor is the main entrance to the South Commons apartment complex on Michigan Avenue directly across the street from the IIT international college campus. this is the first building and is the closest one to the street.
This apartment is a privately owned condo and there are very few rentals in this complex. It is almost exclusively occupied by owners who take pride in their home.

Below is inside the building foyer where your guests can be seated and wait for you or you can have them come right to your apartment just steps away. The common areas are very well maintained by Sudler. Every day the floors are polished and everything is cleaned by the staff.
Indoor heated parking is available or the outdoor parking is conveniently located in your private assigned space right under your balcony.

On the left is the clean appliances with the gas range which is also included in the rent. The only utility that the tenant pays is a small electric bill for the fridge. Below is half of the walk in closet as you pass through to the bathroom. If you are entertaining guests in the living room you can get ready to go out in privacy by closing the door to the closet and bathroom.
Below is one of the two remolded elevators with marble floors and recessed ceiling lights.
Below (right) is the hallway right outside your new apartment. Your apartment is conveniently located steps from the elevators and stairway. The common hallways are cleaned and vacuumed everyday.
